Udengo is a trading name of Bartłomiej Kusz, a company registered in and operating from the Republic of Poland. Our registered address is Tymiankowa 2,80-177 Gdańsk, Poland. Our VAT UE number is PL9570828002.
2. Return policy
We provide 30-day return policy for products sold. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expenses) can be applicable under the following circumstances:
All accessories must be unused.
All accessory packages must be unopened.
All items must be intact and undamaged (except for defects in manufacturing).
3. Tax & VAT
All prices include 23% polish VAT.
EU customers:
You can only zero-rate the purchase when you are registered VAT EU member. You can check it on this page. If your number is valid - just enter it in the address form in your account details or after cart checkout (TAX ID field). If u are not VAT EU member you will get invoice with the 23% VAT added.
Non EU customers:
The transaction does not include any Import Tax / Duty / VAT / Handling Fees. For more information about the tax rate, please check with local Custom Department before purchases. If you reject the package due to any charged tax or duty, we reserve the right to charge all shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee.
4. Payment
We accept payment from:
- Stripe
- PayPal (with verified and confirmed address)
- Wire transfer
If you require any additional service, please be sure to include your request with order.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Goods are delivered by UPS, DHL, DPD or Polish Post Office after the payment has been paid in full.
Please also allow 1 business day for shipment arrangement after completion of payment. If you have other special requests or want to use custom courier, please email us.
Tracking number will be automatically sent to your e-mail. Please allow 3-21 business days for shipment (2-7 days in Europe) as your item is shipped internationally.
Please note that delay can be caused by customs postage checking, strikes, holidays etc,.
Shipping costs do not include custom fees, taxes or VAT (export outside EU). You might be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of your package based on your country's laws and regulations.
